"Staffing Hours" is an internal test time-tracking tool. It is not offered to the general public.
The app records the hours you log and the projects you assign them to. If connected to QuickBooks Online, time entries are transmitted to the connected QuickBooks company for job costing and billing purposes.
Logged time is used solely for internal business operations. Data is not sold or shared with third parties other than connected accounting systems (e.g., Intuit QuickBooks).
Data exchange with QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's terms and the OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by the administrator, revocable at any time from QuickBooks connected-app settings.
Data is retained only as long as needed. Transport is encrypted via HTTPS.
